Replacement Policy
Books that are purchased can be replaced subject to conditions mentioned below:-
Books purchased online will be replaced only if received in a damaged, soiled, misprinted condition or wrong consignment is received. The information through email, about this has to be made within 7 days of receiving the order on email id: support@avnipublication.com
Cancellation and Refund
All cancellations and refunds will be done online mode in 8-10 working days. Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order being placed and a return can be requested within 24 hours of the order received.
